The functions of this unit are:
- Prepare budget and follow up the process through submission, defence, approval/appropriation, and releases;
- Monitor budget implementation and evaluate its performance item by item based on the appropriation;
- Liaise with relevant MDAs and the departments/centres/units of the Commission in execution of the unit’s functions;
- Perform any other assignment as may be directed by the Director-General/CEO.
