INVITATION TO FINANCIAL BID OPENING FOR CATEGORY B (Consultancy Service)
With reference to our Advertisement in the Federal Tender Journal, the Nation and Daily Trust Newspapers as well as the
ECN Website, of Monday, June 07, 2021 for Invitation to Tender for the Commission’s 2021 Capital Appropriation. The Energy Commission of
Nigeria, after due process is pleased to invite the under listed companies that are successful in their Request for Proposal (RfP) to
participate in its Financial Bid opening scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, 2021 by 10.00am at the Commission’s Conference Room, 4th floor
of its Complex in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bidders should note that all the guidelines put in place by the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19 shall be
strictly adhered to. These include the use of face mask, hand sanitizer and enforcement of social and physical distancing.
In the light of the above, the Commission will not entertain more than Twenty (20) bidders but a link will be made
available on the Commission Website (www.energy.gov.ng) for virtual viewing of the
proceedings. We will also ensure that relevant Civil Society Organisation and Professional Bodies are present to observe the exercise in compliance
with section 19 of the PPA, 2007.
