Budget Unit

The functions of this unit are:

• prepare budget and follow-up the process through submission, defence, approval/appropriation and releases.
• monitor budget implementation and evaluate its performance item by item based on the appropriation.
• liaise with relevant MDAs and the departments/centres/units of the Commission in execution of the unit’s functions.
• perform any other assignment as may be directed by the Director General/CEO.
