Legal Services Unit

The functions of this unit are:

• perform the statutory functions assigned under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
• ensure that all activities of the Commission comply with the enabling Act.
• be responsible for legal matters pertaining to the Commission;
• oversee Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the Commission;
• advise the Commission on regulatory compliance with laws and agreements.
• Providing regulatory advocacy and representation.
• perform any other assignment as may be directed by the Director-General/CEO.perform any other assignment as may be directed by the Director-General/CEO.
