Energy Utilization Management Department

The functions of this department are:

• be responsible for end-use energy management and energy utilization policy formulation, planning and development, monitoring, and evaluation;
• be the focal point of the Commission for energy end-use energy utilization and management activities;
• monitor the manpower issues in the energy utilization and energy management and collaborate with the ETMD on the same;
• collaborate with the EIS department on energy statistics and information of the end-useenergy efficiency and utilization;
• collaborate with relevant local and international stakeholders on energy utilization and management policy and planning and development;
• perform any other duty that may be assigned by the Management or the Director-General/CEO.
