INVITATION TO FINANCIAL BID OPENING FOR CATEGORY B (Consultancy Service)

With reference to our Advertisement in the Daily Trust and Nation Newspapers as well as in the Federal Tender Journal, all of Monday, July 06, 2020 for Invitation to Tender for the Commission’s 2020 Capital Appropriation. The Energy Commission of Nigeria, after due process is pleased to invite the under listed companies that are successful in their Request for Proposal (RfP) to participate in its Financial Bid opening scheduled for Monday, November 09, 2020 by 10am at the Commission’s Conference Room, 4th Floor of its Complex, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bidders should note that all the guidelines put in place by the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 shall be strictly adhered to. This include the use of face mask, hand sanitizer and enforcement of social distancing.

In the light of the above, the Commission will not entertain more than Twenty (20) bidders but will make available a link for virtual viewing of proceedings on the Energy Commission of Nigeria's website (www.energy.gov.ng). We will also ensure that relevant Civil Society Organisation and Professional Bodies are present to observe the exercise in compliance with section 19 of the PPA 2007.
