INVITATION TO FINANCIAL PROPOSAL OPENING EXERCISE FOR CATEGORY C (CONSULTANCY SERVICES)

With reference to our Advertisement in the Federal Tender Journal, the Nation and Leadership Newspapers as well as the ECN Website, of Monday, June 27, 2022 for Invitation to Tender for the Commission’s 2022 Capital Appropriation. The Energy Commission of Nigeria, after due process with respect to Request for Proposal (RfP) is pleased to invite the under listed companies that are successful in their Technical Proposal to participate in its Financial Proposal opening scheduled for Tuesday, November 29, 2022 by 10.00am at the Commission’s premises in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

The Commission will ensure that relevant Civil Society Organisation and Professional Bodies are present to observe the exercise in compliance with section 19 of the PPA, 2007.
